This one I am

Hello ! My name is Carlota, I´m twenty years old. I was born in Algeciras, the twenty seventh of November in 1998. That Friday was my birthday.

I live in Ceuta, in the Spain´s Avenue number one and I live with my mother, my grandmother and with my pet, it is a dog.

I´m qualified in Terapeutic Education teaching but now I am studying Education teaching whereas i´m working in the “ Inmaculada´s School” as a “ P.T teacher”.

I´m sixty seven m tall and i ´m more or lees thin. I have a long wavy brown hair. My eyes are brown too.

My favourite food is “ Spaghettis, the fried eggs with potatoes or meat with pepper, I can´t choose only one.

In my free time i like go out with my friends, listening to music, go to the cinema, but my favourite hobbie in the world is Shopping

But there is something that worry me : The excessive traffic.

This is a problem that grow up every year because nowadays every family have more cars. The traffic tempt that sometimes it´s very difficult to live for example because in peak hours, as go to the work and leave it. The city result very uncomfortable with the car´s whistle, the scape´s steam. You often stay hours sitting in your car waiting a lot of time to arrive at home in spite of you live near your work. Sometimes, people are ungry and so on.

In Last years, because of the traffic problem and the increase of vehicles in the cities It has appeared a new kind of contamination. This contamination isn´t the hole of the “ Ozone´s cape “ in spite of the use of the cars increase. I´m talking about something more modern : “ The acustic contamination”.

The principal cause of acustic contamination is the human, but there are other problems that produce it, as you can see: the building, the nearness of the airport or a line of trains or the industry.

The term of acustic contamination have refering at the noise when that noise is consider contaminant. I mean, when it turns into a trouble sound that can produce pshycological problems very harmfull for a person like : depression anxiety, stress. Insomnia …

The world organization of the health has estimated as the top estimable limit in the 50.

Between the physiological effects we meet the following ones :

· Auditory effects
· Not auditory effects (affeccitions in the cerebral irrigation, colics, increase of the muscular tension)
· effects on the conduct
· effects on the dream
· effects on the memory
· effects on pregnancy
· effects on the attention effects on the children

These three problems can be solved if we finish with the first problem: The massive traffic, if we were using bicycles or buses, we would eliminate very much noise.
